Alfa Romeo T Spark - cam belt failure:

• Remove cylinder head and strip
• Fit new guides, ream to size. Cut valve seats
• Fit new stem seals and valves. Re-assemble and refit with new head gasket set, head bolts & cam belt kit
• Change oil & filter
• Replenish anti-freeze

• Gearbox noise - remove gearbox (6 speed) and strip. Main pinion bearing failed. Fit new pinion and diff bearings, oil seals etc. fit to vehicle
